Rick Sanchez is Morty's grandfather a very intelligent scientist. Rick brings Morty on to his adventures to do many kinds of things and is reckless. Rick is the one who invted the portal gun that he and Morty uses to teleport aroung the universe. He has all kinds of sci-fi gear and uses Beth's garage as his personal labatory. His personal ship/car is shaped like a UFO. Voice acted by Justin Roiland.
